Questions
Which file formats work?
CSV, XLSX/XLS, and text-based PDF statements. Scanned/photographed PDFs aren’t supported yet.
Is this just a payout tracker?
No. LiquidityFlow is three tools in one — a full trading journal (win rate, profit factor, equity curve, live NinjaTrader sync), a to-the-cent payout & expense tracker across every firm, and a one-click tax report. It replaces the journal, spreadsheet, and receipts folder most prop traders juggle.
Which firms are supported?
Apex Trader Funding, Topstep, Tradeify, Lucid Trading, TakeProfit Trader, FundedNext, MyFundedFutures, Bulenox and more — plus anything the AI recognizes as a trading merchant. Unknown firms are classified automatically.
Do you store my statements?
No. Files are parsed and immediately discarded. We keep only the extracted transactions, and you can delete them anytime.
My payouts arrive through Wise — does that work?
Yes. Direction is read from the transfer itself (“Received money from TopstepTrader LLC” is a payout), so transfer-app statements categorize correctly.
What if I upload the same statement twice?
Nothing bad. Identical files replace their previous upload, and overlapping sources are merged so every transaction counts once.
We trade the same prop firms you do. LiquidityFlow exists because nothing else tracked the whole picture — so every feature here comes from a real payout day, a real eval reset, and a real tax season.
